What can you do to make a Carbon Fiber Hood to look shiny again? A clear coat will do the treat right? There seems to be some little bubbles in them anyway to fix it? also Once the clear coat is on right the hood will look brand new?

I'm assuming your hood already had a clear coat finish?

The bubbles could just be the result of heat...I've got a few little spots on my C/F hood directly over the engine. You'd have to sand down (areas of) or the entire clear coat and reapply if you wanted to do it over again. How bad does it look? If it looks that bad, I'd consider getting a different quality hood...the Clearcoat/UV protection on some leaves a lot to be desired.

I would scuff it, shoot some epoxy to be sure you don't get into the fibers, wet sand it, then clear coat!
